Final Thoughts

I have been looking at self portraits and different techniques people have used, I wanted to show how I feel about my self, so I have done a series of close up images or my body, some parts that I like and some I don’t. I think I am my world, my thought and opinions about my self, shape my world a I think confidence is sometimes a issue in many areas of my life.

A bit stuck!

Ok guys I haven’t been very good at the blog thing I keep putting it off! I need some help, I was ill on Thursday so I wasn’t able to sort out what I am doing for my final images! These are my ideas

1. I liked the 'bad photos' idea of portraits of my housemates/friends because at uni I feel they are my family.

2. I have been look at my self, sort of looking at my image of myself. (Been done loads before but can I bring something new to it?)

Bad Pics

Nearly forgot to post these! Havent done all that much today, i went to the doctors this morning as i have had a cough for 3 weeks, and i am on antibiotics, which means no drinking! bad times..

My bad pics are of my house mates. At the moment, at uni, living in Nottingham, they are 'my world' the people featured are a mix of my house mates this year, and my house mates for next year! we all live on the same street 3/4 doors apart, and we all spend lots of time together sitting in each others lounges, watching are TV, and playing on there playstation.

Peak District

Peak District

Yesterday me and Letitia went to the peak district, it was a tad spontaneous as there was no real planning involved, it consisted of a sat nav and my car, a few cameras and that was about it.
We typed in a random post code in a green part of the map and set off, we ended up in Sheffield where we stopped for picnic supply's, then drove till buildings dissappeared and we were in the peak district. We drove for about half an hour till i found a random very narrow gated lane to go down, where we parked in a gateway and just started walking! it was really fun just taking some photos with no pressure of trying to complete a project, as i feel the images i took yesterday have no real relevance to this project!
