A bit stuck!

Ok guys I haven’t been very good at the blog thing I keep putting it off! I need some help, I was ill on Thursday so I wasn’t able to sort out what I am doing for my final images! These are my ideas

1. I liked the 'bad photos' idea of portraits of my housemates/friends because at uni I feel they are my family.

2. I have been look at my self, sort of looking at my image of myself. (Been done loads before but can I bring something new to it?)

You comments would be greatly appreciated....

Also I am having issues posting comments the verification code wont load anyone else having this problem

  1. IMHO this photographs would look great as a series, just a couple more and I think you're done! Question is, what's the context of it? Do they represent any issues and if yes, what are they?

PS: word verification thingy works fine for me.

  2. This probably isn't helpful but my projects really unresolved so don't brick it too much about yours. I found that just thinking about ideas and not stressing about the outcome was what helped me, so if you get something you like just go for it. If you go through everything you've done you might realise you have a theme going and keep going back to the same stuff, and havent realised it. Thats what happened to me! x

  3. I agree with Adam about having a couple more photographs to make them a complete series. If you choose them to be your final or what are going towards your final outcomes.

Maybe you could use colour film? (
Even though time maybe a problem...)

Have you decided what you are doing next? : ) Look forward to your chosen photographs...

    Catty : )

  4. I am going to the join the 'unresolved project club' to. Don't worry. I like these images, the particular body position really hint at insecurity and body image. Have a look at some of Bill Brandt's nudes, they're similar but not the same thing you are doing.

Thanks for the comment on facebook.
